Bird Banding on The Yakima Reservation ~ DATE SET ~ Aug. 23rd
*** Ok, PLAN for this !!! ALL DAY EVENT !!! We will be carpooling up to the Yakima Indian Reservation for our annual Duck & California Valley Quail banding for the reservation. Last year, we banded almost 120 ducks, and had a ball doing it. Do not wear nice clothes, as this sometimes get's alittle muddy and wet. Just a heads up. Waders maybe provided, but if your big, or have a set of your own ... Better bring them. AFTER the banding will will be joing the Yakima PF chapter for a Skeet & Trap BBQ. Cost will be $20, and will be alot like our shoot that we put on. What is better than a conservation duck banding skeet shoot BBQ ? Does it get any better than that ?
